- the at least one cannula has at least one luman with a distal end for fluid pattern with the infusion placement site,
- the at least one cannula is coupled to and extends from the base,
- a management detection system, a sensor portion including at least one sensor coupled to and extending from the base and having at least one sensor electrode formed on a substrate.
