the processor, when the detector detects the high-speed scroll request, adjusts update speed of image displayed in the scroll region so that a first visual scroll speed is equal to or higher than a second visual scroll speed, the first visual scroll speed representing a scroll speed in a high-speed scroll display with use of a plurality of blurred pictures, the second visual scroll speed representing a scroll speed in a high-speed scroll display with use of non-blurred pictures.
