- an interlocking release unit which releases interlocking of the charge elastic member with the slide unit with respect to the moving of the slide unit in other direction; and an unlock unit which interlocks the slide unit with the charge elastic member and releases locking of the charge elastic member at a final stage of moving the slide unit in the other direction,

the slide unit is moved in the other direction by the energy charged in the charge elastic member at the final stage of moving the slide unit in the other direction.
